Story

Founded in 2014 by Ryan Clark, The African Allure emerged from a lifelong passion for Africa's wildlife and its conservation. Ryan's journey began with a deep-seated respect for ethical hunting practices and a vision to share the beauty of the African bush with the world. Starting from a small lodge in the heart of South Africa, we have since grown into a distinguished safari company renowned for luxury, authenticity, and unparalleled adventure.

With strong family values and good, honest business principals he is recognised as one of the leaders in the hunting and guiding industry.


Ryan has a colorful work history in the wildlife industry over various countries on the African Continent. Hunting, Guiding and managing in the private lodge sector to National parks and conservation bodies, PAC and bush management. Ryan has been actively involved in the hunting industry from the time he could walk. His wide variety of experience, knowledge of the bush and its history makes for memorable moments whilst hunting. Ryan is also a well-respected and accomplished angler that has represented South Africa in the World games. He is a recognised marksman both with the rifle and has received many prestigious awards for archery. Currently, he is farming exotic wildlife in Thabazimbi Limpopo South Africa and has a Specialised Wildlife translocation business serving the wildlife breeding industry. His in-depth knowledge and experience in the immobilisation and transport of wildlife is exceptional. He is still actively involved in the training and mentorship of Field guides for the guiding industry. He will provide a hunt and an experience that will keep visitors coming back for more.
